Due to the perishable nature of our products, UNREAL accepts returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. If your food arrives damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to begin the return or claims process.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
Pack with Care
Securely place the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
